• Apply an adaptive approach to facilitate processes/hui/meetings/workshops to support constructive group interaction, participation and outcomes in a diverse range of the community-led development contexts.
• Critically reflect on their facilitation practice in a diverse range of community- led development contexts in order to enhance future practice.
